From the original owner, this pair of Pioneer HPM-900 is in immaculate condition as the owner kept them in the original box for many years. Before that he took extremely good care of them, and the cabinet condition show this. Virtually it’s in like new condition except a back bottom edge of one corner has some small damage. The woofers has been refoam and are in good working order. The speakers are tested and sound excellent. The original box and packaging are still in very good shape, even the dust cover for the speakers that are usually missing remain largely intact with some tear in one of them. I believe this is the best example of these speakers available now on the market. So here is your chance to add them to your collection. Please note that the crossover are original, and while they are still working, they could be benefit from a recap, I will leave this up to the new owner. Vintage electronics contain 20-50 years old parts (belts, rubber parts, caps, etc) that while still work at the time I tested the unit, can fail at any given time. It can be a few weeks, few months, or I have units in my collection that still going strong after 5 years since I acquired them. Service is recommend before long term use for longevity. Please note that I leave a tampering proof on these unit, that will not effect its function, but will tell me if the unit has been open in anyway.
